EDGE Eindhoven will be EDGE’s newest development in the city of Eindhoven. The building is located at the Stationsweg, next to Eindhoven Central Station and the planned Dommel entrance, which is expected to be developed next to our plot. Together with MVSA Architects, we designed a mixed-use development, which is based on our EDGE concept. An office building of the highest quality (including: climate class A compatible, variouslysized floors, high floor-to-ceiling height, unique community), which is based on the latest technologies that real estate has to offer. This new EDGE building will be located in Eindhoven, a city known for its high-tech environment.
Strategically positioned in the building and carefully designed to maximise their value, shared spaces in EDGE Eindhoven are designed to inspire and bring people together.
By implementing our EDGE concept on the ground floor, we will create a unique, high-end communal area with various workplaces and meeting rooms, which will be accessible for all building users.
This is a shared green space that encourages relaxation. This activated outdoor area invites building users to have informal meetings or to simply enjoy the sun.
This is where the main food & beverage facilities can be found. Offering tenants a shared space to socialize and disconnect.
By creating a natural walking route through our building, we’ve opened it for the public and created a vibrant community that can make use of our café, restaurant and concept space. The atrium brings a lot of natural light to the floors, which can be interconnected by staircases.
Everything in EDGE Eindhoven runs effectively and on time through state-of-the-art IP (Internet Protocol) backbone. It is the spine of the communication infrastructure, and the digital highway of the building. Everything and everyone in the building is connected wired-in or wirelessly, which allows for the building to be healthier, run efficiently and facilitate everyday work-life for its users. A smart building app allows for workplace personalization by controlling lights, temperature and window blinds. Additional features, such as room booking, colleague finding, building access and others can be easily added in an upgrade, all of which reduces operation complexity and empowers the residents.
