A smart building in a smart city

EDGE Eindhoven will be EDGE newest development in the city of Eindhoven. The building is located at the Stationsweg, next to Eindhoven central station and the newest Dommel entrance which is expected to be developed next to our plot. Together with MVSA Architects we’ve come up with an approx. 41.000 sq m GFA mixed use development, consisting of an approx. 26.000 sq m GFA office development based on our EDGE concept. An office building of the highest quality (e.g. climate class A compatible, various size floors, high floor to ceiling height, unique community) and based on the latest technologies real estate has to offer in Eindhoven, a city known for its high-tech environment.

Shared spaces

Strategically positioned in the building and carefully designed to maximise their value, shared spaces in EDGE Eindhoven are designed to inspire and bring people together.



A place to distract and energize. This space offers facilities for physical exercise, yoga and personal training.


Rooftop terrace

The shared green space to relax. This space offers an outdoor terrace to enjoy the sun and the view.



This is where the main food & beverage facilities can be found, offering tenants shared space to socialize and disconnect.

A one-of-a-kind building

By creating a natural walking route through our building we’ve opened it for the public and created a vibrant community making use of our café, restaurant and gym. The atrium brings a lot of natural light to the floors, which are connected by staircases, going all the way up to the communal roof terrace.

Everything in EDGE Eindhoven runs effectively and on time through state-of-the-art IP (Internet Protocol) backbone. It is the spine of the communication infrastructure, and the digital highway of the building. Everything and everyone in the building is connected wired in or wirelessly, which allows our technology to do its job in making buildings healthier and working lives easier. A smart building app makes workplace personalization by controlling lights, temperature and window blinds easy. Additional features such as room booking, colleague finder,  building access and other can be easily added in an upgrade, all of which reduces operation complexity and empowers the residents.
